Sure Anthony, shoot me a DM and I'd be happy to share who I've used and have had great success with.

I am on the list and haven't seen anything in quite some time. I'm happy to plan something and throw out a time that might work for those interested in grabbing a beer or something at say a local brewery?

Living in Kansas City, I would certainly agree with the above comments made. My personal risk tolerance would shift me far away from that area. I would think investing in that area could create lot's of challenges and even more headache being out of state.

@Andrew Johnson

Andrew nailed it here I think. I will also add extra emphasis on researching "where" the property is located, especially in KC.

I will also say that with your strategy, you should keep in mind the strategy that is involved with TK properties and the give and takes. Obviously the biggest plus for you is the ability to buy a hands off investment. But, when buying a TK, the TK provider has already taken advantage of the lions share of the "value add/built in equity." That ultimately boils down to you having your equity tied up in the property and putting great limitation on your ability to recycle your equity. I only mention this because you had mentioned you are trying to grow fast. But, if you are able to save large chunks of cash and don't mind, then this could be a good play.

Best of luck,

Josh

 Eddie, do you mind sending me DM with details about the Lucky Brew meetup?

Thanks,

Josh

Appreciate the response! Would you mind adding me to whatever string of communication you are using to schedule these?

Hi Alex,

Is there a specific reason you are wanting/needing an attorney to close the deal? I would think between your lender or title co you should be able to make that happen. Although I know some close with an attorney. Happy to share details about title co's I've used if that is of any help.
