Seeking construction team for BRRRRs

Hi,

I am seeking a construction team that can provide quotes and complete rehab projects in Kansas City. Can anyone send me a PM of referrals? I am not expecting them to do several quotes. I have my target defined so deals will pop up most likely 1/month. 

Note: I am out of state. Someone who is experienced in working with out of state investors and if possible, a referral from someone out of state who has done this.
