Hey everyone. There's potential I can get my hands on two single family houses in my hometown for next to nothing. My question is how can I look up rental prices and vacancy rates in that town or can I do that at all? After all, even if they're free if there's no cash flow why look into it.

Coming from blue collar northern Maine originally, I'm looking to provide financial freedom for my family that I never had.
