I know that Affluent Education Real Estate, has a community based in Japan and all over. Where people are wholesaling from that country into the US. Maybe go to their website. Good luck and welcome! If I have a deal where there is a $108k mortgage on the property, am I to take that out of the MAO? How am I to put that into the equation?

Hi David!  38105-Uptown, Harbor Town, and Down Town (very good areas); 38108-Berclair/Memphis Zoo area (decent areas); and 38111-Orange Mound area, unless there is serious development going on right now, not the best area. Heads up!
