@Michael Sanders how are things coming along with IC?

Is IC user friendly? I dont have any experience with websites etc. Looking forward to making that jump to IC

@Guy Olds @Rick H. Thank you. To clarify, I am no probate expert by any means. I'm the guy doing what everyone else is doing (direct mail marketing/absentee owners) and figured I'd try something new.

I found the probabte department. It sure was a lot of researching, trying to make sense of all the info.

Let me tell you what I did find: petitions for probate. I was able to do a search for the previous 30, 60 or even 90 days prior. I started with the most current and worked backwards. I generated a few leads. Figured it would be best to understand the probate process before really moving forward.

Heading to the local courthouse to see what type of leads I can come across. Probates, Divorce, tax delinquent list etc. Trying to mix this in along with my direct mail campaign. Any advice on getting leads at the courthouse? I'll provide feedback of what I find later after my trip. Thanks
