Aside from the learn tab the podcasts are a great place to start as well. I know there's a bunch on youtube. I would run then nonstop while doing chores around the house n such.

Right now my plan is to just be a sponge and absorb all the info I can for a while until I can hold an intelligent conversation. I'm giving myself a two month timeline to become literate on the topics of home buying and renting.

A little about me: I'm an active duty Navy Diver, I grew up in Chicago, lived in HI for three years and now live on the peninsula of Washington state. Currently I have zero experience in real estate aside from renting from various landlords since I was 19. I would say land lording or buy and hold is my primary focus right now. So basically I've been devouring books, picking everyone's brain who I know owns property, and Youtubing the topic. YouTube being how I found out about this site.
