New Guy From Washington

Hello Bigger Pockets! My names Joe, I'm 24 and I'm on a mission to acquire reasonable and profitable assets. A little about me: I'm an active duty Navy Diver, I grew up in Chicago, lived in HI for three years and now live on the peninsula of Washington state. Currently I have zero experience in real estate aside from renting from various landlords since I was 19. I would say land lording or buy and hold is my primary focus right now. So basically I've been devouring books, picking everyone's brain who I know owns property, and Youtubing the topic. YouTube being how I found out about this site.
