Anyone have success stories with commercial real estate partnerships that they would like to share? Very interested to hear how people have gone about structuring these agreements, what went well and what didn't, and how work was split up among the parties involved. Thanks!
Are you looking to sell or rent out your homes? If you're renting them out I would keep them all on the same web page. Drop me a message if you want some ideas for web design.

@Brent Coombs I'm now realizing that I forgot to mention I recently graduated from undergrad. I actually have a decent amount of money saved up from during school, but to your point about saving, I simply haven't had the time or income as I've been busy investing in my full time education. Along those lines, I'm trying to get a feel for creative situations that may afford me the chance for some hands on REI learning, while also trying to understand and work around the limitations of transitioning into the full time work force

As I start out with REI, given my lack of capital and commitment to a full time job, I'm wondering what strategies are out there that cater to my needs. Ideally looking buy and hold scenarios that require little money down, and afford me the opportunity to manage the property remotely. Because of commitments to my full-time job, I don't believe I can fulfill the "traditional" landlord role and will definitely require the services of a handyman and other contractors. From a returns perspective, I'm not all concerned with monthly cash flow at this point in my life, and want to seek equity growth as quickly as possible. What strategies have others used to fulfill similar goals?

Hi Everyone - I just graduated from college in May, and am in the process of moving to Chicago to start a full time job. I have been a lurker on this page, as well as other REI pages for a while, but now that I don't have the financial liability of college over my head I'm hoping to start dipping my toes into REI. With that said, what recommendations do you have for someone in my position just starting out. Thanks!
