@Kj Lee, BRRRR Strategy could leave you to monies you dont have in contingency. House Hack and your preapproval will identify your max buying power based on current reserves

Would suggest getting your ducks in a row and get prequalified to see what you can afford on a 1-4 family. Due to COVID 19 real estate agents do not tend to show properties with out a preapproval letter.

Hi @Andrew Spinelli, have you prequalified for a LLC loan based on credit and potential debt service of the subject property or looking to purchase in the personal name and looking at your global debt service?

That will direct what you can afford and what community you can focus in on.
