Hello everyone, I'm working on obtaining my real estate license in Washington state and was hoping for some advice about getting started. Is joining an established team a good route? Or should I step out on my own in a brokerage? Is joining a team a difficult thing to do? I have a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit but I also enjoy working with groups and solving problems with others.
