Working on obtaining WA license, getting started

Good afternoon everyone, I'm working on obtaining my real estate license in Washington state and was hoping for some advice about getting started. Is joining an established team a good route? Or should I step out on my own? Is joining a team a difficult thing to do? I have a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit but I also enjoy working with groups and solving problems with others. Thanks!

@Joey DeClercq If you want to build a business I would suggest going with a 100% broker. learn how to generate your own leads without paying. Find good training to direct your training dollars to.

If you just want to be an agent who is comfortable and fed leads go with a team.

It just depends on your goals.
