I invest in real estate to travel to every US National Park and not have to ask a superior to enjoy my life. Once I've visited all the National Parks I want to open a gym called "True North"

I was listening to BP Podcast Episode# 560 and the guest, Sam Wegert, was talking about co-living. Basically, co-living is house hacking to an extreme. It when you take a SF property and rent by the room with a fully furnished common area. He really goes into detail about the systems he uses and the success he's having. If you haven't gotten the chance to listen to that episode you really need to.

I think this is sharing life style is where its going to be at in the near future. For example, look how well Turro is doing.

@Josue Vargas the property I'm looking to purchase is a single family. Who would pay for the eclectic, gas, garbage, and waster & sewer.

What a crazy past couple years its been for not only investors but everyone! As the year comes to an end and as a new one begins I would like to hear your stories and if your up to it, your 2022 goal(s). Whether you struck RE gold or RE coal, I want to hear all about it. Especially how everyone's finding cashflow in this, uh, what's the right word … crazy, chaotic, surreal or maybe even a television show that never knows when to end, market.

However the past couple years have been please share!
