Does anyone here have a property that they use strictly as a STR via AIRBNB or VRBO? If so, does is cash flow? What areas in AC would you suggest to invest? Are you having any meet ups soon? I would be very interested in meeting up for a cup of coffee, etc. Any feedback is certainly appreciated.

@Samantha Soto I think this is a service that has value. As a matter of fact, I was considering offering a service similar to this in the Philadelphia area. Now, I am not a realtor, but I do own my own Process Serving company and therefore I have "boots on the ground " on a daily basis in the Philly area so adding this service would be a relatively smooth transition. I was thinking of offering different tiers of services for out of state investors, such as a basic drive by with some photos of the property and the street up to getting eyes inside the property by getting photos of the every room in the house including the mechanicals and reporting the same back to the investor. I think this service could be very beneficial to investors out of the area as it would save them time and transportation costs. This is an evolving idea as I would like to hear some feedback from out of area investors. Any feedback would be appreciated. @Samantha Soto I would love to talk to you about your ideas as well. Is it ok if I DM you?
