Good to read Louisville's market sales are increasing and the avg sale cost is rising as well. I want to ask does any one have any insight on what uofl is doing, are the buying properties  close to the west end?

So please feel free to share any news you might find interesting to our market(no specific location in Louisville) ,market trends, good areas to invest, city plans that will effect us or just topics to research. 

Best advice just set the specific city  to one of your alert words and check all emails. But KREA has them once a month.
