Comps for Crestwood 3112 setting sun ct sold for $250k inApril 3000 shady trace sold for $278k in April 6311 Oak Lee Dr sold for $260 in June(300 sq ft smaller) .

Nice 3/2  3 car garage 1 acre lot , needs minor rehab and updates 20k to at the most 40k depending on how high you want it to sell. Once rehabbed will sell quick. Good to read Louisville's market sales are increasing and the avg sale cost is rising as well. I want to ask does any one have any insight on what uofl is doing, are the buying properties  close to the west end?

Best advice just set the specific city  to one of your alert words and check all emails. But KREA has them once a month.
