I also finished the bootcamp for SuccessPath.  I also travel to Las Vegas for the Bi-monthly Summits.  My girlfriend paid for the course.  I must amid that fees are very high; but you will get your investment back.  You will obtain success faster than researching on your own.  Every webinar I have witched outside of my course; someone is trying to sell you something.  By the time you add up all of the fees, you will be paying that amount and still not reaching your goal.  SuccessPath gauarentees your success.  They want you to be successful so that you can tell others and also help others.  I have a mentor that I talk to every week for one hour. In addition, I have access to 10 mentors, and six assistance.  Important to note, I met my mentor and his wife in person.  That gave me feel more secure using the system.

I personally would not have paid what my friend paid; but I am happy she did.  I am now in the field looking for property.  I just got access to property farm.  I did the training; and I know how it works, but have not gotten the chance to use it. I was using the wrong password. I have four months of free access and will have to pay monthly fees after.  I actually did not try to use my sign in; because there are so much to learn, I became over whelmed.  I wanted to understand what I was doing before signing in to reap the full benefit. I am now a little relaxed and ready to use property farm.  I am very anxious to find my first property.

I will announce when I get my first property.

Hi everybody,

I am new to real estate.  I have read books, gone to workshops, attended webinars.  Now I am in the market looking.  I am interested in flipping and wholesaling to begin with.  Later I will look at rentals after my 5th deal.

My challenge is finding my first deal. I am looking at the MLS listings using realtor.com from the map. Every time I think I see a good deal, it is already under contract or it is pending. I am not giving up.

I joined the REIA last week and I have signup to go to my first investors' networking meeting next week.

Anybody have tips on how to get deals.  I am up late at night looking at listings.  Some agents do not answer, they want you leave message; but they do not return your calls.  What I have done lately is to call their local offices to speak to other agents regarding property.  I have been building relationships with those agents.

I am very ready to get my first deal.  Please wish me luck.

Also look into building your credit.  I am also very new to real estate. I have taken so many courses and done workshops; now I am ready to get my feet wet.  My credit was the lowest ever when I began; now my score has shot up to mid to high 600s.  I never thought my score could get that high.

Thanks for sharing. I an new to this and I was wondering how to get financing for mr first deal. My partner has a home that is paid off and we were looking at getting HELOC; she had discrepancy on her credit which affected her score. I can not get it, it is not under my name. Is it possible to get this bridge loan on our first deal?
