Hi @Steven Vaughan,  Thank you for your response and example on how to structure a lease purchase. So the homes that would best fit these criteria would be low equity homes and a time sensitive problem. Great! Now, Is it always best to do a 30-month lease option?

Hello to all I wanted to start a discussion on Lease Purchase, I want to know how to decide when an investor should consider this solution to a seller. If anyone could please give examples, or scenarios of previous lease purchase agreements structured.  I would greatly appreciate any help and advice on this topic.
