Hi, Charlie MacPherson.

Thank you for all that great advice and useful information. I want to make sure we have our T's crossed and i's dotted. We have so far all the documents you mentioned, on our way to the showing.

Thank you again Charlie.

Hello BP community,

I have a group showing coming up on a property I'm wholesaling. I would like to know if any of you have any suggestions on how to have a successful one with tenants.  We have notified them of the showing to our partners and all residents gladly excepted.  We have also obtained a signed contract from our seller agreeing of our viewing.

What should I expect and what should I have ready? As a wholesaler what kind of questions do I expect from the cash buyer?

If any of you have any advice or suggestions on my questions asked above, It would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Josephine

@John Chapman I have considered getting my own Real Estate license. As a matter of fact my husband and business partner is currently finishing up his Real estate license course. We want to get familiar with Wholesaling but not closing the doors on the multitude of ways to invest. Thank you John for this information, I'm interested in also learning Buy and Hold properties would you mind me sending you a message to further discuss the process? Have a wonderful weekend.

Thank you for the recommendation on title companies, I will definitely check them out! I appreciate the encouragement I've never been a quitter and I don't plan to ever be one. Wholesaling will be the entry for me to begin my REI career tough or not I will have success. Thank you again Shonna!
