@Tre James I agree with @Samuel Smith, HSV is super competitive in the multifamily space because of the lack of inventory. At least it has been in my experience. My team has focused on BRRRRing SFRs; finding distressed properties, fixing them up, renting them out, and refinancing them. Building relationships and being invested in the city makes a difference. Fly out, meet local investors and other real estate professionals and show your potential team members that you're there to compliment the growth of HSV, not be another OOS who is ignorant and hungry. @David Chappell Yes sir! I've been working real hard with my team this last year. 5 BRRRR properties and 1 owner finance property since this initial post! I've learned so much by jumping in and working together with like-minded people.
