I haven't used rent to retirement yet. I found their numbers are accurate and their prices are a little high. I've used other turnkey providers and its nice a full end to end team on the ground. Happy to connect and knowledge share if you are interested.

Hi Sean, I'm based out of the Seattle area, so not too far from Spokane. I'm a newer investors as well and have a 9 door portfolio in the Midwest across Detroit and Memphis. I scaled through a combination of turnkey and BRRRRs. Would be happy to connect and knowledge share if you are interested.

Hi Ka, I invest in the midwest and have 9 doors across Memphis and Detroit. I don't know the Wisconsin market, but if you are interested in other midwest markets, would be happy to connect and knowledge share.

120k is plenty of capital in the right market. In midwest markets where I shop, my average purchase price including rehab is lower than that. I have 9 doors across Memphis and Detroit. Happy to connect and knowledge share if you are interested.

Getting all your money back and still be cash flow positive? That is literally making money investing nothing and doing nothing. You can't ask for better in my opinion.
