Hello,

Would anyone be interested in inviting me to the next flip they do? I don't want any stake, but would love to offer my time and analysis to anyone actually working on a project. I am in my 20's, have a strong work work ethic, passion for real estate, and desire to learn hands on. The expose to an actual project would be worth my time, and any contribution I would make. Given the correct guidance, I am confident I could save you money/ find you a deal, that would be worth having me around.

Thank you,

Joe

@Ron Gallagher I honestly haven't determined my price point yet. I want to move into DC, and I am really interested in exploring the house hacking route. However, whenever I see those in-law suites in D.C., I can't seem to find both units for sale...and rarely run across situations where I can house hack. Am I not thinking creatively enough, or does no one in DC want to sell 2 unit houses?

I've read several BP books, and other a like...and there is constantly the "House Hacking" strategy involving duplex's and triplex's.  I realize the serious advantage to starting out like this, but haven't been able to find a single triplex or duplex in my area (Washington D.C. Metro Area)

Can someone suggest or point me in the right direction to finding duplex triplex properties so that I can begin to research their feasibility?

Thanks,

Joe
