@David Barnett Hi David,   The duplex we bought was 460k as it had two four bedroom units.   we are getting roughly $2100 for each four unit.   Hope that helps. It also has a basement unit that we are eagerly awaiting the 2040 plan to be finalized so hopefully that can be rented out.

Hello all,

Looking for input on the Midtown Phillips neighborhood in Minneapolis.  I am looking at a duplex in the neighborhood near to the hospital but want to get some honest feedback on the neighborhood.  I know it is not the best area but would like to know if things are improving and whether it is a worthy area to invest in for buy and hold strategy.    Any input on the area would be appreciated!!
