@Jabran Khan I've been looking in the Jacksonville area for LTR and near camp Lejeune for STR options but I'm from Colorado so I don't know much about those areas except what my sister has told me which ain't much. Oh and I've also been thinking the parris island surrounding areas would be good for STR.

@Jabran Khan what part of NC are you in and what's stopping you from investing there I've actually been thinking of starting to invest in NC.

OK so I have no deals whatsoever the market I'm in is getting hotter and hotter I want to move to Jacksonville soon to start Investing there is there anyone else here I vesting in that area and if so what is working for you?

Hello I'm a newbie investor looking at my first property I was wondering if there was any good GC in the Greeley,co area who has some experience in adding units to existing spots. What I mean by that is I found a good property with an unutilized basement space that could be turned into a 1bed 1 bath separate unit. @Karl Entwistle when I get back to my home office I will do this for sure on my mobile chrome browser it works seamlessly though

Is it just me or does the rentals calculator freak out on y'all when trying to save the report? The other calculators work great but the rental calculator seems to be stuck in an endless saving cycle when I finish entering the numbers. So the question is am I the only one having this issue?
