I’m currently working on several single-family home fix and flip projects in DFW/Mesquite/Cleburne, and I’m looking for reliable, experienced general contractors to partner with. If you have experience in residential renovations, particularly with investors, I would love to connect.
Key details:

  • Project Type: Single-family home fix and flips
  • Scope of Work: Roofing, plumbing, flooring, electrical, interior home remodeling, AC repair, driveway, fencing, painting, etc.,
  • License/Insurance: Contractors must be licensed and insured.
  • Could you give details or range on how much you do the work?

If you're a contractor or have recommendations, please feel free to respond or send me a direct message. I’m happy to provide more details and discuss the opportunity.

Quote from @Bruce Lynn:

Lots of multi-meetups in DFW area.  I would say this is meetup central for multi-meetups.   Old Captial was last night in Grapevine.  I expect Elevate will be at the TruckYard in the Colony soon.  I beleve Aaron Katz group meets on Saturday at 12noon around Plano.  Rat Rice 2 Retirement with Brad Sumrok will meet for 2-3 days next Month I expect.   Search meetups and you will find more...maybe a dozen more.

Thank you!

Quote from @Ariel Herrera:

How many units for multi-family (i.e. residential 1-4 or commercial 4+)? Also for what region?

Data quality can vary by software depending on the region. For example, one software may have more up-to-date data on Dallas, TX than another.

 Hi Ariel!

As a startup, we're currently concentrating on acquiring multi-family properties with 4 or more units. Our primary areas of interest are in the Dallas and College Station regions.

Hello everyone! Seeking recommendation on a tool, other than Batchleads and Propstream, specially tailored for multi-family real estate deals. Any suggestions?

Check with Scott Horne out of Garland.

You might also check with Michelle Rojas at Texas Secure in Burleson.

Hi Bruce! Thanks for the recommendations! I'll be sure to reach out to Scott Horne and Michelle Rojas to explore my options further. Appreciate your help!
