when coming in contact with a cash buyer, should i mention that i am a wholesaler or do i just go straight into asking what type of properties they buy and ect.. if possible i would love to see some basic dialogue scripts of wholesaler with a cash buyer, i have contacted a few cash buyers and they insist they do not do business with wholesalers. what would be my main method of interrogation to add them to my list of cash buyers, i know where to look for the cash buyers and i am more than sure that i can get them i am just stuck on the actual dialogue once i do find them. thanks!

okay so i had my first meeting with a Brokerage firm, although it went well and i knew what to ask and what not, something they told me i did not like. They said that since i am 18 i should just let my liscence remain inactive and become an assistant. I have been studying this field and reading about it and i feel like i have the knowledge that many new assistants have and i could start selling already. but they insist that because of my age and my baby face it will be hard for people to take me seriously. i think that as long as i give top fiduciary services it should not matter what my age is or how old/young i am. what do you guys think?? should i just be an assistant or take the risk

Hey there! My name is Jose Montero and i just obtained my real estate license(18YO), i wanted to know what are the features or benefits i should be seeking from my initial partnership. I am inexperienced in the actual practice and would love to get some sort of hands on training. spectating or shadowing day-to-day real estate transactions  and become familiarized with everything maybe start getting the hang of things. what are the best benefits a broker could offer for my personal development . i am eager to start but i know i have to be careful with who i choose.   thank you so much in advance.
