Auctions seem like a good way to invest, but need to know how do I find out if there are no liens, back taxes and so forth.  I don't like those type of surprises.  I know I need to do my due diligence, but what are they so I won't risk that much.

Hello everyone!!  My name is Jose Gonzalez and I'm  trying to get into Real Estate Investing.  I have determined that I have to do it.  I tend to over analyze everything and eventually talk myself out of jumping in. I have read a lot of positive stuff here that are getting me motivated.
