@Matthew Drouin Thank you Matthew, thats a lot of good advice on due diligence and im grateful for clear and concise goals when looking to buy a property.

@Mike Dymski Thank you Mike, that was the idea of the post to get just a jump start and some help so I could dig in and start getting experience from my own analysis. Thank you for the advice, the best experience is the hands on work itself

@Logan Vierstra Thank you Logan will definitely take a look at Jerry’s videos ASAP

@Dennis Wayne Thank you for the advice man love the energy and drive and I agree the best teacher is the school of hard knocks and sometimes starting from 0 is a faster way than spending ages in analysis paralysis.

@Richard Newport Thank you for the info Richard!

@Skyler Southern Thank you for the feedback Skyler!

@Benjamin Aaker Thank you for the recommendation Benjamin that was just the kind of book I was looking for! Ill be sure to get it as soon as possible.

@Nicole Heasley That part I did not know, thank you for the heads up!

@Nicole Heasley Thank you for the info Nicole, I used to work Wednesday nights so I was unable to tune into the webinars, but that has recently changed and im glad you reminded me of that awesome resource ill make sure to regularly attend for the valuable info.

@Jaron Walling Thank you for your Feedback Jaron. I completely agree with you on letting the numbers do the work for me which is the reason I wanted to improve that area in the first place. I know that my decisions will be backed by data and calculations and not just on wishful thinking or speculating on appreciation. I guess my starting point now would be to learn to better understand the numbers in my market. Once again thank you for your help!
