I have long term (4 yr) tenants moving out. Are they responsible for patching the small holes in the walls from their paintings that they hung up?

Did you every end up buying a deal from them? they seem reputable but not all of their deals are great like any other place.

depends what state you live in but i would say there is no real reason to limit yourself as long as you dont rush into it

Anyone have suggestions for banks that will finance a BRRRR for an out of state investor? I have a HELOC but am wondering if anyone has had good luck with being an out of state investor and getting a 30yr mortgage.

Colin, I am currently stationed overseas and am looking at investing outside of my home are (Washington DC). Could I give you a call sometime to discuss?
