I am in the same boat, there is nothing you can do other then hope the mortgages are going to be forgiven for a while

Ross - I already purchased and am almost done rehabbing a property at 3902 N Capitol near Butler U. The goal is to obviously rent it for somewher ein the 1800-2100 range and then to have a good company manage it. Lets talk when you have some time
