Welcome to Dallas, you're in a great market to invest in real estate. I personally just moved here about 2 months ago and plan on attending some future local meetups. Hi Andrew,

Welcome to the biggerpockets community. You're in a great market to begin your real estate investing. I recently relocated from Los Angeles to the Dallas area to pursue my real estate investing passion. The multifamily market is very competitive in the Dallas area from what I hear, but there are deals to be made out there. I have a home under contract myself am pursuing househacking single family homes in class B and C neighborhoods. We should connect sometime, welcome to Dallas btw.
