College Grad Interested in DFW Real Estate Investing!

Hello Everyone!

My name is Andrew Ajewole and I'm a graduate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and I have recently relocated to Dallas, TX for my job! I'm new to real estate and looking for a duplex or triplex in the DFW area in 2020 to househack when my lease is up. I would love to meet a couple of experienced investors, realtors, general contractors etc., so we can connect and hopefully collaborate within the near future! Also if you have any advice for me I would greatly appreciate it!

Hi Andrew,

Welcome to the biggerpockets community. You're in a great market to begin your real estate investing. I recently relocated from Los Angeles to the Dallas area to pursue my real estate investing passion. The multifamily market is very competitive in the Dallas area from what I hear, but there are deals to be made out there. I have a home under contract myself am pursuing househacking single family homes in class B and C neighborhoods. We should connect sometime, welcome to Dallas btw.
