I = 13.5
PV = (- 48400)
PMT = 1642.47

Has anyone heard about HUD trying to eliminate seller financing on non-owner occupied homes?

It has something to do with their interpretation of the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act.

They apparently want to eliminate ALL seller financing unless the seller lives in the home or becomes a licensed mortgage originator.

WILL FINANCE
NO BANKS
LOW DOWN/PMT
(xxx) xxx-xxxx

When people call, offer your deal to them. If they don't like your deal, offer to put them on your buyers list.

A good buyers list makes you that much more valuable to a park manager.
