So, you'd say, "Jordan Just Sold Another House!"  Or, "Jordan's Listing Just Sold."  Depends if you're the LA or SA.

And, for the photograph, we'd just go out and take our own front photo.  That's all you need.  Hell, just take it on your phone.  The cameras are actually pretty darn good these days.  I wouldn't use them to take pictures of the whole house, but for outside it'll work GRRREAT.

Thanks, David!  That is what I typically do, just wondered if anyone took it a step further with interior photos for use on their website or other material.  Thanks again!

Curious if anyone sends out marketing material after closing a deal representing the buyer, and if so are you hiring your own photographer just as you would with a listing?  Trying to get permission from the listing agent and get the originals (as opposed to grabbing them off the listing) is a hassle.  Thanks in advance for the feedback!

I don't see there being any chance of people passing on real estate to get into CD's and savings accounts regardless of what rates do.  You could bury the money in the backyard and get a better return than in a CD or savings account.

Thanks @Troy Fisher!  I just joined the meetup group, and it looks like there is a lot of good stuff going on over there.

Hi Troy and others, my name is Jordan Morrison and I'm a local broker working primarily in Snohomish and King County.  I have been on and off bigger pockets for the past year or so, but only from afar.  i am going to make a concerted effort to start posting and networking on here instead of just soaking up as much information as possible.  It seems like you are a great resource in the area and I'd love to be added to the list for your next meetup if possible.

I have worked with a couple of BP members (@NghiLe, @KhanhNguyen) and they have been absolutely great to work with. I look forward to getting to know more of you and possibly working together.
