Hey everyone 👋

Let me know how your morning is going so far !!

The question pose today is who is your go to lender in Arizona ( neighbouring Phoenix) . I am on a journey to my first long term buy and hold rental property through house hack and live in flip, analyzing deals daily and the whole shabang . After finishing Brandon turners rental property guide I’m ready to take the first steps and I’d love to talk to a lender about my situation and overall goal. Who is your go to lender In Arizona near Phoenix?

Thank you !!

Hey Jordan Moore here !

Lately I’ve really been working on my self and taking to the time to figure out really what it’s going to take to build my wealth , taking the time to educate on buy and hold long term rental properties. Up to this point I haven’t really had anyone to express my passion questions and concerns , my question is , is there anyone out there ( doesn’t have to be in my area) that is looking for an accountability partner , if so I’m looking for you ! I’m down for daily/ weekly calls to keep each other on track , feel free to message me on BP direct message!

Have a great day !!

Hi there !

The names Jordan Moore but I later plan on being called “Duplex Dan”! I caught the real estate bug about a year ago and I chase it every single day , right about now I’m in the education faze working hard at the 9-5 for my first down payment. Books I’ve read include rich dad poor dad, think and grow rich , and I’m finishing Brandon Turner’s “The book on rental property investing”. I listen to the BP Podcast and analyze deals daily. I’m 18 year old in the Phoenix area looking for solid teachers that can teach me a thing or two about this game , I’m highly aware of snake oil salesman and gurus ( GROSS!) . All jokes but I’m just a young guy looking for all suggestions, books , mentors, events, and jobs in the Phoenix area that will help benefit everyone! Feel free to message me or drop a comment.

Have a good one :)
