Hi there !

The names Jordan Moore but I later plan on being called “Duplex Dan”! I caught the real estate bug about a year ago and I chase it every single day , right about now I’m in the education faze working hard at the 9-5 for my first down payment. Books I’ve read include rich dad poor dad, think and grow rich , and I’m finishing Brandon Turner’s “The book on rental property investing”. I listen to the BP Podcast and analyze deals daily. I’m 18 year old in the Phoenix area looking for solid teachers that can teach me a thing or two about this game , I’m highly aware of snake oil salesman and gurus ( GROSS!) .
