Anyone have contact with experienced real estate agents in St. Petersburg or Clearwater Florida? We are interested in securing long term leases on quality properties in Florida so we can furnish them and put them on the STR market (with terms written in the long term lease allowing this). Would love to hear stories from anyone having success in the area.

Finishing rehab on two Detroit properties in 48234. One is a 2B/1B and the other is 3B/1B. Looking for Detroit property manager, any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I have two all brick houses in 48234 with good roofs that need full internal rehab. I am looking for a contractor to quote both projects and begin work ASAP. Properties are on Stotter and Algonac. 

Congrats Donovan! Curious if you are making the repairs yourself or working with a local contractor? I have two properties needing rehab in detroit in 48234 that I purchased at auction last year, looking for some reliable help in the area. Good luck with your project! 

@Eric Friday that’s a nice looking all brick property. Curious what neighborhood it was in? I have a couple rentals in Warren right now, I’m really curious about Detroit, hoping I’ll find my first Detroit property this year. Congrats on the flip!

Anybody here experience large success investing in Detroit? I am looking to get my feet wet with my first BRRRR purchase and my head is spinning looking at all the different areas. Where am I going to get a good ROI and decent tenets? Trying to avoid neighborhoods that would require me to hire security for a property, but I don't mind taking some risk. Would love to hear from anyone with experience.
