So i work with a long time property manager and they said that new owner can definitely terminate a lease from previous landlord as long as u give 30 days notice TO THE TENANT. So i want to hear ur opinion on this bec i cant find any docs/statues in missouri that i can break previous contract. Fyi, its not month to month lease. Thanks

@Will BarnardHey will, let me ask you a question: Is mostly wholesale a cash buy? or have u encountered a 2-3 weeks financing? and during that financing, have you encountered them extending that 2-3 weeks or they typically say: nope, if you fall out on 3 week period as stated on the contract, we will take your earnest money and sell it to someone else?  Do you see this situation happening?

no. The loan can be done to any state even at you home state. but you can not rent them. because the loan can not be for investment purposes. You can have a duplex but can not have them as rental. It can be vacation home

Hey guys, SOfi is actually nice but they wont lend you the private loan for real estate investment, student loan/business loan. Their mortgage can service you if your buying your own residence but the second one have to be outside of your state of residence, have to be owner occupied adn you cant rent them
