East Kansas City/Independence Buyers Agent Referrals?
Good morning BP Nation!
I am walking through my first home this morning with the sole intention of buying (cash), renovating and renting long term. I am excited and can't wait for the experience. Even if we pass on this home, it will be nice taking action.
That said, I plan on taking a lot of notes and pictures. Is there an investor friendly agent that works the East side of KC, specifically Independence that you would recommend?
Would you suggest using a buyers agent on a $23k purchase?
Thanks in advance!
