I've been told that the best site to use with the most current info is realtor.com. Just an FYI @Mitzmichael Sumilang @Jenn N.

@Jenn N. Holy cow! 4 years in an RV, that sounds so cool. My wife and I have tossed that idea around a little bit and it seems so cool! But anyways, thank you for your insight into the market. Our ideal would definitely be a house hack but there are times the down payments seem a little bit daunting. Nothing unmanageable but still a little nerve wracking as we are looking for something that would be our first property. Again, thank you for your insight and I appreciate all of your help. Are you still looking for multis?

@Bryan Wilson thank you for your reply, sir! Would you mind elaborating a bit on your preference to SFRs over condos? I'd just like to gain as much insight as possible. Thank you very much and I appreciate your time!

@Bryan O. Thank you, again, that sounds good. It is enticing to be able to have one lump monthly payment including the mortgage and HOA fees but the added fee to the monthly payment just kind of hurts haha.

In regards to your SFR, have you had any issues finding renters in that rougher area? Something that worries me a bit is the ability to find a renter.

@Tyrell Anderson Thanks for the insight! I was wondering if you knew any of the specifics about this grant? It sounds pretty interesting. I had a friend who also mentioned something like that to me but she couldn't name anything specific about the grant haha.

@Bryan O. Thank you for your reply! I'm looking into condos due some of them having lower upfront costs...the HOA fees are a bit worrisome but again, the total monthly payment would still leave room for some cash flow each month. Would you mind me asking what school district your SFR is in?

I'm seriously considering a move to the Springs area in the coming 5 months or so and am trying to learn as much as I can about the market as a whole and in specific neighborhoods as well. My plan is to live in the property for a year or two then rent it. I've been considering condos as well, is this something that would be a sound investment? Thanks for any and all input, it is greatly appreciated.

Attempting a flip in this area, any tips on best contractors, quality of neighborhoods, best areas to look for potential properties? Obviously looking for as cheap as possible, hoping not to have to climb past 115k. Thanks for the help!

Also curious about stories anyone has regarding their experience investing in/around Phoenixville PA. Thanks all!

I'm in the process of looking at potential flip options in Phoenixville, PA and am looking for a contractor to help with property walkthroughs to give me accurate estimates of repair costs before deciding on whether or not the house is going to work financially. Looking specifically for advice regarding costs associated with water damage, re-insulating homes, general structural repair. Thanks for the help!
