Post: Any wholesalers in San Francisco, CA or the Bay Area?

They're out there but they will most likely never do a deal w/ you. Not trying to discourage you, it's just the way it is. I literally just got back from meeting w/ a top wholesaler in the Bay Area (which in itself is no easy task). He's not on BP, doesn't do meet ups, etc.

If you do find a successful Bay Area wholesaler, and they take a liking to you then you may be considered for a deal. HOWEVER you will have to act fast because any hesitation and that deal will be gone. You need all cash and to be able to have that money in their account w/ in a few hours. It's for the big dogs.

Again not trying to discourage you. Your best option is to find an area you like, even if you have to pay market rate, and add sq footage therefore increasing the value.

But what do I know. Don't quit, REI ain't easy but worth it. Just get started today. Do something, anything.

Bruce also said he doesn't see much appreciation in SFHs in the Bay Area in the future. He sees a little more volatility in multi-families. Interest rates possibly going lower which doesn't really help the market from cooling.

I could only make Saturday unfortunately. It was great though. However, there were a ton of eager RE investors. Unless I come up on a deal driving for dollars, my gut tells me to hold off investing in the Bay Area.

@J. Martin I can only make the Saturday event, but most of the stuff I want to learn is on Sunday. Will this event be filmed by any chance? If so, will it be available for purchase on the web site? I know you're busy, thanks brotha!

Hi everyone,

So I'm concentrating on a specific neighborhood and property type in the Bay Area. I received the farm list for the area, and I want to start inquiring w/ people to see if they want to sell... at a good price of course.

I'll be clear... I'm not looking to be a wholesaler at all.

My goal is to get a decent deal and force appreciation. If I could do one deal a year, I'll be happy.

My question is to anyone who is a wholesaler or has wholesale experience. What techniques did you use that were successful? What would you recommend doing? (especially for people w/ experience in the Bay Area)

Please feel free to private message me if that's preferred. Thanks for the help everyone.
