Can anyone recommend a note servicing company that operates in California that reports payments to the three major credit agencies?

I am the buyer on a seller finance deal and am hoping to somehow get my note payments to boost my credit.  The seller wants to be as hands off as humanly possible.  If there is another route I can go, I'm open to suggestions.

Thanks for your help.

@Guy Olds Thank you for the info.  I have heard from a hand full of people now how valuable the podcast is.  I have subscribed and will begin listening once I finish the seven interviews Brandon included with his no and low money down book.  I've learned much from the four interviews I've heard so I imagine that I will get a lot from the podcast.

Checking the meetup.com search results, it looks as though the Coachella crew meets on the second Tuesday at 7p but is taking the month of August off due to the heat of the desert.  I will certainly check into both groups (and probably more) now that I know.

Again, Thank you for the welcome and the great info.  Perhaps I will see you at the Mission Inn Hotel one of these days. If not, I'm sure we'll run into each other around BP.

Hey @Todd Fithian. Thanks so much for the warm welcome and the personal thoughts.  Truth be told, I'm not entirely certain of my target area just yet.  I'm learning strategies and I'm analyzing the deals I come across in the area.  I'm hoping that as I continue this route, something will click and I can move forward from there.  But with no benchmark to compare anything to, I find it difficult to say that I feel any one place would suit me better than any other.  My gut says that I'm interested in large multi families so I'm focusing effort in that arena.  We'll see where it goes.  Thanks again for the warm welcome.  I'm sure I'll see you around BP.

Hello everyone.  My name is Jonno.  As stated in my subject heading, I'm brand new to real estate.  I live in and intend to invest in the inland empire area of Southern California.  Right now, I am in the learning stage.  Just trying to soak up as much of any knowledge as I can get my hands on.  Any recommended reading would be appreciated.  A notice of a local real estate investor gathering would be wonderful as well.  Looking forward to getting to know the BP site to see what all it has to offer.  Thanks so much for reading my intro.  Take care.
