@William Hochstedler @Account Closed thank you both for the info! I wasn't aware that bank owned properties provide a commission for the buyer's agent also.

Hello,

I am seeking an agent licensed in New Jersey to work with.

I am highly interested in a property in Elmer, NJ. The property is in foreclosure.

Preferably, the agent will have knowledge and experience with South Jersey, in particular: Elmer, Pittsgrove, Glassboro.

Please reach out to me if you would like to work together.

Thanks,

Jon

@Account Closed Whether they have a realtor or not, do I need an agent to represent me? Or, is this something I can do on my own? Have you had any specific experiences (good or bad)?

I am interested in a property in foreclosure listed by a bank. I'm wondering if it is necessary for me to get an agent, or if I can contact the bank/lawyer and go through the entire process on my own.

I have never dealt with a foreclosure before, so all comments are appreciated

Hello,

I am a relatively new investor to the real estate game. I currently have one deal under my belt and I am looking to add 1+ properties each year for the next 5 years.

I am currently seeking a real estate agent who has experience in my target market(s) as well as with working with investors (I'm currently not working with an agent).

My strategy is to either 1) invest in college off campus housing, AND/OR multi-family housing (2-4+ units). I would be interested in primarily turn-key properties, but I would also be willing to utilize the BRRRR method by doing some rehabbing. I've been looking at properties all throughout the range of $30k-$200k.

My primary market will be in Indianapolis, IN. My secondary market will be in Philadelphia, PA and/or Bethlehem, PA. I have some resources in each of those markets. However, I would like some expertise from my agent in terms of unique characteristics of the local market.

I am hoping this will turn into a long-term professional relationship. Please respond and/or PM me with your information.

Thanks!

Jon
