Purchase price - $64,500

Rehab- $30,000- waiting on official bid to include items from home and pest inspections.

ARV- $155,000- have official appraisal

Looking for either a JV partner or Lender. I've also got 2 other properties in contract near this home and am in the process of getting the home inspections and appraisals. Let me know if you'd like info on those as well as the reports come in.

Purchase price $64,500

Rehab- $30,000 ( waiting on official bid) have home and pest inspections complete

ARV- $155,000 ( have official appraisal)

Looking for lender or partner on this one. Let me know if you’re interested and if you’d like to see the reports and appraisal.

Long term tenant in place - never late. Ledger from management company available.

Property updated a few years ago. Rental updates.

Purchase Price - $85,000

Rent- $850

ARV- $110,000 probably ( this would require updating kitchen and bathrooms for a retail sale.)

Or just keep as a rental. Each month $785 is deposited in my account like clockwork from the management company. 

Let me if know you're interested in this property or I've got a few other rental properties that have been cash flowing for several months with ledgers available from professional management companies.

Rehab- 45k ( working on official bid)

ARV- $330,000 ( ordering appraisal)

As long as the numbers check out let me know if you'd be interested in either partnering on this property or being a lender.

Looking to refinance a long term rental property. No cash out- just pay off existing lender.

Amount due to lender- $68,000

Appraisal- Came in at $69,000 as is and $125,000 ARV

Rehab needed to bring property to $125,000 ARV value- $15,000-$20,000

Rented for $850 to long term renter 

Ledger from management company available 

I have a few properties with this type of equity - let me know if you'd be interested in financing these.
