Looking to refinance Daytona Beach Rental

Looking to refinance a long term rental property. No cash out- just pay off existing lender.

Amount due to lender- $68,000

Appraisal- Came in at $69,000 as is and $125,000 ARV

Rehab needed to bring property to $125,000 ARV value- $15,000-$20,000

Rented for $850 to long term renter 

Ledger from management company available
