@Michael Ealy county record or mortgages? Not sure what you mean by that.

@Tyler Gibson I have looked at list source but I have no idea of the exact criteria to set for something like this.

Looking for a best case scenario to find an owner financing opportunity.

Thanks for the great feedback everyone.

Thanks everyone. @Greg Dickerson so long story short. With seller financing, I can pay the note down with the seller and then refinance it with a bank after I gain some equity in the property?

Hello,

I see a property(it's a 4plex) that just went live on the MLS and is being listed by an agent. Is it a waste of time or dumb to contact the seller or the agent and see if the the seller would be interested in seller financing? Could the agent still earn a fee?

thanks!!

@Tj Hines thank you. But HOW do I partner with somebody? Lol I have networked. I have went to meetups. I have people, other than family that are interested.

But HOW WILL I PARTNER with somebody if if I don’t have the capital requirements to go in 50/50. And I don’t have cash reverses or the downpayment in my bank, that the bank will require. What is the structure like for the partnership? When I go to a bank to get pre approved and I say oh ya this guy I know is covering all of my downpayment and expenses. I know that won’t work lol.

Can anyone answer this?? 🥴🥴🥴

@Paul Moore thank you for taking this opportunity to promote your book.

@Michael Ealy this doesn’t answer anything about the questions that I asked but thanks for the input

Yes I understand that I will get a lot of replies that day “go out and meet people.”

but I guess I am asking more about the structure. How will this deal be structured? If I want these deals to be in my LLC but I just need help with capital, am I just going to be taking money from people to buy these properties when I put little or no money in these deals? Who would want to do that? I do have people that are interested in the deals I have, but how will it be structured?
