Tiziano Ovale way to go on getting your first call! I also wholesale and currently getting my RE license. I have a question, once you have a RE license do you put down your BRE # when marketing or because you're doing business under a LLC, you don't have too. I'm a little worried about doing it, while I have my RE license.

You can't reject him because he has a service dog. But you can reject him because of income, credit score, and past references. I got a feeling just based on the way he is acting, he wouldn't do well on either of those criterias. Be careful with him, he might be setting you up for an ADA lawsuit. Consult legal counsel.

Dustin were you able to find a way to extract the data? Would be really interested to know if this is possible.

Welcome Nick! I would say, don't get too hung up on the business plan or strategy i.e. wholesaling, BRRR, and Fix and Flip. But rather focus on taking massive action marketing yourself and finding a motivated seller. You'll know the right solution when you meet with the seller.

@Gloria Gutierrez and @Corey Boone I'm looking to door knock more although I'm unsure about whether I would need a door to door solicitation permit. Does anyone know if you would need the permit?
