@Brent Moeshlin, I really like what you've done with IBC.  I'm starting to look into for myself.  Can you recommend the best sources for my own research before talking to someone who sells it?  Or can you recommend someone who is just as concerned about educating the potential client as he/she is on them buying a policy?  Thanks

@Benjamin Couch. No way! Don't even consider it. Most people you do this for will appreciate the gesture for about 5 minutes. Again, don't do it!

@Genny Li, I ran across a video on youtube and gave Goo Gone a try.  It did the trick.  However it is oily, lol.  Had to wipe it off really well but it worked.  Thanks

Thanks everyone for the suggestions.  I did run across a video of someone suggesting Goo Gone to clean the glue on hardwood.  i gave it a try and it worked pretty well.  

Hi, I'm trying to pull up sticky tiles that were installed over hardwood floors. No problem getting up tiles because I'm using a heat gun. But the sticky residue left in the floors has been an issue. Any suggestions?

@Kelly Iannone thanks for responding.  Yes, that's why I asked because I saw he was having a bootcamp in December.  I really don't want to learn about the huge multi-family properties.  I'm looking at something more like 2, 4, 6 or 8 unit buildings.  I never heard of Jake & Gino, I'll have to look them up.
