@Chris Puglisi, thanks.  Would their calculator also apply to multi-families?

Hi, I want to start investing in Multi-families such as two and four families to start.  Is there a formula to base my offer on so I know not to pay too much?  I just looking a a general idea if I know the rents and a good idea of the expenses?   Please, just keep it simple.  Thanks

I would like anyone's opinion on paying for coaching or mentoring in Wholesaling? I am brand new to Wholesaling. I'd like to know if anyone has paid for a coach or mentor and how it went for you? Did you think it was worth it? Did it speed things up for you? I know coaching can be a benefit but is it worth paying for for Wholesaling? I know there are national Guru's out there but I'm talking about using someone local to your own area that may go to your REIA. So you see and know first hand they are successful. Thanks

@Larry Turowski, thanks Larry. We go to a few of the same REIA's and I know he is good at Wholesaling. He's a nice guy and I know being ethical in the business is a big deal with him. But just like a lot of experienced successful, why not make some money from the knowledge?

I would prefer to hear from members who are not coaches or mentors. At least not the ones that charge a fee. I am very new to Wholesaling and attended a weekend boot camp with local successful Wholesaler this past weekend. My question is. I know coaching/mentoring can be extremely important. But does anyone think its worth paying for?  If anyone has worked with a coach and paid for it, I would like to know if you thought it was worth it?  I did talk to several of his students and they thought they were further along closing deals because of him.  Thanks
