Hi there! I am looking for a lender that can assist in multi-family deals. In the near future I am looking to invest in either a duplex or quadplex for some nice cash flow, would appreciate it if someone can break down the logistics of the lend. Also, if there are any real estate agents that can help me identify some deals in my market, that'd be super helpful! Thanks

The best way to start is to actually start doing it. You can receive some great content by going on YouTube and learning either from some of the Gurus or people who have been in your situation. They go in deep context about how to get started and gain leads, also building your cash buyers list. 

Another great resource is here, BP! You'll be able to find some great people in this community, even by your area, that will be able to help you out along the way. Try reaching out to other wholesalers on this site and asking for their advice and how they managed to get their first deal.

I hope everyone reading this post is having a wonderful day! 

If you are a rehabber/flipper, what do you consider a 'good deal'? What margin of profit are you looking to make if a deal is presented to you? How do you make your decision? I realized that getting sellers means nothing if you don't understand what your potential buyers are looking for. I want to be able to understand what I am looking for when going out to these properties and doing my filtering my sellers. 

If there is anyone in AZ that I could talk to about this more in depth, that would be greatly appreciated!

Hey everyone,

Thanks for taking the time to view my post. I’m 23, new to real estate investing and have taken some months to look into wholesaling. I want to start a business around wholesaling and eventually reinvest my earnings into property. My background is a software engineer, but I want to end my 9-5 and start working towards wealth and financIal independence.

I recently moved to Chandler, AZ and would love to meet some other wholesalers and potentional investors. I’m interested in joint deals and learning as much from this market as possible. If there are any other great resources to reach people, that would be amazing!

In the coming weeks, I will be gathering some leads and making my first official visits to various properties. If there is any advice you can give, that would be great!

Im nervous, but more excited than ever to change my life!
