Don't take advice from other people trying to advise you on things they havnt done themselves. Its like a person born blind trying to explain color. except they have never seen color. They have all the best intentions, but you might find yourself mislead.

Everyone is different in their abilities. Realestate most likely isn't for everyone but i believe its a great investment.

roxul between the joists then use resilient channel for shock or don't use that and just sound proof rock the ceilings i layer or 2 if you really want to over due it. The walls rip the sheet rock off 1 side only. Roxul insulation between studs and soundproof rock. put sound proof pad molds around the outlets. Done deal.

I recently purchased a property with a va primary residence loan. Love the house.

Although, to my surprise i have been offered a job opportunity that i thought i had lost out on. It requires me to have residence in the state the job is located in. Which is not the state i bought the house in and reside at.

Will this job requirement qualify me for a 2nd VA loan? Also it is a 1 1/2 to 2hr drive to the job location from where i am now?

Any suggestions and insight on this will help thanks

I just bought a triplex with a VA primary residence loan. How long do i need to wait untill i can qualify for a 2nd home loan?

I would appreciate any input on this subject so i can start to form a more clear long term investing goal for myself.

Thanks,

 Jonathan
