Hey guys!

Don't know if this is a preforeclosure question or a wholesaling question but lets give it a shot.

So lets say a house is in preforeclosure and the auction date is in 15 days. Is it possible to still get the property under contract and assign/wholesale it? The auction is a live auction conduction by auction.com.

Thanks guys!

Thoughts? Advice? Suggestions?

What do you guys think about this tool? Sounds like a one stop shop. For the people who are using it what do you like and what does it not have that you would like it to have? For the people who don't have it what else are you using?

Thanks!

Hey BP,

I am starting out a wholesaling business with a buddy of mine. We are going to split everything down the middle (50/50) for cost and profits. Do you guys have any recommendations or an example of a sample contract you guys used?

Thanks!

Hello,

Just starting out with wholesaling in California (bay area region). Does anyone recommend a good Re attorney that can help me go over my contracts and can answer the questions I have?

Thanks!

The Standard Real estate contract that your local real estate agents is the one I use most often and the one I recommend you use. Sellers who have bought or sold a house recognize it and feel more comfortable signing it; attorneys deal with them every day so they prefer it be written on that contract; and your end buyer who in an investor will recognize and know that contract. The point here is because the standard real estate contract is so widely used in the industry it makes it a widely excepted contract to facilitate real estate transactions. Also, in this contract there is an “other terms” section that you can put your out clause in and assignment clause.  The second contract I often share with my students is the Standard Purchase and Sale Agreement. I included this contract because I know some of my students want to get started now. Until you have built a relationship with a real estate agent and get from them a standard real estate contract you will use this. What I like about this contract is how simple and short it is. It is only a 2-page contract that communicates everything needed to get the job done. If your interested inbox me and I'll share it with you. Hope this helps.

Hi Jose,

Would it be possible for you to share these contracts and agreements with me?

Hey guys,

I was wondering what MLS can provide to you that "redfin" can't? Does it have more information than redfin or is it just easier to use? Does it have the contact information of the owner of the house?

Thanks in advance!

Hello Everyone!

What is the best way to get access to the MLS? Also if anyone can provide me access to it that would be great!

Thanks and Regards
